Description
The ECOtronic range of fixed pitch axial fans is available with infinitely variable speed control. This ultra energy efficient range can be designed into a Demand Control Ventilation (DCV) system that can include the Fantech
Aviator controller and a range of
sensors.
Typical Application
The ECOtronic range is most efficient in applications where conditions vary during the course of the day such as exhibition centres, schools, universities and health facilities.
Features- Can be manually speed controlled by pressing 2 internal motor buttons
- Can be remote speed controlled with either a 2-10V, 4-20mA, or 80-1600Hz input signal
- Ultra energy efficient by combining aerofoil “Series 1” impeller blades and IE5* EC motors
- Can be designed into a Demand Control Ventilation (DCV) system
- Maximum operating speed can be adjusted from 1800rpm to 200rpm
- Integrated electronics eliminate the need for external VSDs and current overload protection.
- Can be factory pre-configured to suit specific applications and specific sensors
- On board fault identification LED will flash according to fault type
- Motor and junction box rated at IP55
- Integrated “Fire Mode” function forces motor to continue working under adverse conditions
- Available in 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560 and 630mm axial case sizes
- Robust galvanised steel construction
- Operating temperature: -20 oC to +60 oC when air velocity exceeds
5 m/s, otherwise -20 oC to +40 oC
- Electrical supply: 230 - 277V single-phase, 50/60Hz input
